I’ve had it for a few years, and the difference in my body when I use it regularly is incredible. Plus, the heat is a lifesaver in this chilly weather! P - Prioritizing: Quiet thinking time. I’ve been waking up early, but instead of working out, I’ve been using that rare quiet time to read, plan, and reflect. It’s become the most productive and peaceful part of my day. D - Doing: A deep dive into protein powders. I’m on the hunt for a clean, grass-fed whey protein powder that tastes good. Any recommendations? Let me know! A - Appreciating: Family time. We spent last week at a lacrosse tournament in Palm Springs, followed by a Disneyland trip. No agenda, just fun with my favorite people. It was exactly what we needed to slow down and recharge.
