When Juan Contreras and I opened Atelier Crenn in January of 2011, we wanted to create a space and a group of people that weren’t focused on being the best but being better than yesterday. The restaurant, the dining room and the menu were an ode to my family, my upbringing in Brittany, and to my father Allain. But like everything, my story has evolved. California is the place that I now consider home. I love this place and its spirit of hope, love, and diversity. We will spend the next month renovating Atelier Crenn - the space, the story, and the menu, to reflect who we are today. I hope to see you in our dining room when we lift the veil.
