NORMALIZE DOING THESE THINGS BEFORE ASKING FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!️👇🏼 👉🏼 PLEASE SAY HI, sending a text like the one above just flat out asking for an appointment is probably the biggest turn off for us as stylists, especially when we have no idea who you are.. 👉🏼 TELL US YOUR NAME, if you’ve never come to us we don’t know who you are, how you heard about us, what your name is, what your hair looks like, etc.. most of us have a booking highlight on our page that states exactly how we want new clients to reach out (include your name, availability, photos of your hair and goal photos) 👉🏼 DON’T ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY! (especially the day before a holiday) yes, this was an actual text I received on Christmas Eve 👉🏼 PLEASE DON’T TEXT US ON A HOLIDAY, I feel like this should be common sense, but it happens to me almost every year.. please respect your stylists time off! we are normal people too!
