Is Microblading painful? While there can be some discomfort associated with the microblading, I do use a topical anesthetic to numb the affected area prior to beginning. Clients say the sensation is similar to tweezing if they feel it at all. Additional numbing cream is applied throughout the procedure to keep clients as comfortable as possible. Most describe it as annoying vs painful. Many clients fall asleep during this process and most say they do not feel a thing. !!️ However, drinking caffeine will cause you to bleed more and also make it so the numbing does not activate. Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment and touch up appointment.
