Climbers! This year I will be a presenter at the @performance.climbing.coach an online seminar designed to support the education of new climbing coaches. From mindset coaching to flexibility, rehab and strength training - the seminar represents a diverse collection of coaches, philosophies and approaches to the challenge of training for climbing. This kind of cross pollination of ideas and approaches is very rare, and very cool I think. Honored to share our philosophy of movement, and training amongst many other brilliant coaches.
