Recently I’ve had the incredible opportunity to both work and workout with the folks @thegaragechi . . After hopping around multiple gyms the past few years I can confidently say the The Garage is hands down my favorite and definitely a new home. The coaches and team there have and incredibly expansive take on the concept of “strong”. Not only are they committing to helping their members get physically stronger (that’s a given), but they also go to great lengths to build and support a strength of community, both within and without of their space. .
