4️⃣ EXERCISES THAT GREW MY GLUTES
Here are some of my favourite glute exercises that have helped me make the most progress!
1️⃣ B-stance hip thrust
Regular hip thrusts are great too, but I’ve been loving b-stance lately as it allows me to target one side at a time and address any imbalances.
2️⃣ Romanian deadlift
Dumbbell, barbell, or machine if your gym has one!
3️⃣ Sumo squat
I prefer doing these with a kettlebell, but a dumbbell works too.
4️⃣ Glute kickback
I usually do cable kickbacks, but some gyms have really good glute kickback machines that you can try as well!
