Today is #worldmentalhealthday ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ I've been doing some soul searching recently about what my true life mission is, as a person, not just as a fine artist running a business. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Mental health has been the center focus of those thoughts. Our mental health is so interconnected with our physical health. How we feel in our head and in our heart has a direct impact on our bodies. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ I have felt the physical toll myself of my anxiety and have witnessed the people close to me fight their own battles with their mental health.
