After giving birth to our triplets I started experiencing severe bleeding but I thought maybe that was normal after what my body had gone through. It wasn't until I started experiencing shortness of breath which then led to panic attacks that I realized something wasn't right. My bleeding became more and more severe leading me to find out I have a very large tumor on my uterus. Over the last year I've found what clothes can hide it but I've been extremely uncomfortable and not feeling like myself. I can't be away from home for too long because I worry about bleeding, and when I'm out & about I usually start to feel dizzy, light headed, and can't focus on conversations. I made a difficult decision to get a hysterectomy at just 34 years old. I'm nervous, scared, sad, and all of the above but hopeful I made the right decision. Today is my surgery and I'm hoping it all goes well 🙏🏻
