Summer Squash White Pie comin’ in HAWT, y’all! This was an excellent one to develop, lemme tell you. I cut thin ribbons of zukes and yellow squash and then infused the leftover bits in cream. I also added a whole head of garlic and dried thyme, and then reduced it down to the most velvety white sauce. Top it off with funky fontina and dinner is served!
