Misty Copeland’s Be Bold initiative is a new after-school dance program for children of color. The program aims to “make ballet more accessible, affordable, and fun.” In addition to lessons on the basics of ballet, the New York City-based program will offer tutoring, mentoring, and lessons on music and health.
