Over 250lbs total lost together, but that's not even our biggest flex. It's knowing that we got healthier and wealthier together! We didn’t just lose weight, we gained life. Allowing us to be the best versions of ourselves for us and for our family! Not sure who needed to hear this, but weightloss doesn't happen overnight it happens over time. So work hard, be patient, and trust the process! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our weightloss journey!
