Well we do have some lovely things coming from the kitchen right now. Here is a beautifully roasted old spot pork belly with peas ala francaise (but with salami and English mustard instead of the classic lardons and Dijon) and a good bit of pickled beetroot for good measure. Scroll for a crackling shot and scroll even further for tomorrow's sandwiches We are particularly excited for the vada pav number.. 👀
