😃 @Coach 👛 🗽💫 👜 💌🧵 #behindthescenes of #coachfall24. This ‘Brooklyn bag’ is one of my favorites from our upcoming Fall season. The natural full grain leather of the ‘Brooklyn’ is double-faced which makes it lighter and, I think, feel more modern, and we’ve played with proportion and simplicity to give the silhouettes a youthful attitude. An important idea for us continues to be “imperfection,” and the celebration of materials with previous lives and stories. This season we also explored new hand applied techniques to create pieces that already feel unique and love worn. Inspired by Coach bags from 50 or 60 years ago that look even better today than they did when they were brand new. PS: The Brooklyn Bag, Times Square Tabby, and Empire Carryall bags are named after New York icons. We’ve been calling it our New York collection. Some styles also feature our new gold foil branding.
