Last night we celebrated 20 years of BBC Radio 1Xtra. A game changer when it launched back in 2002 and to have played a part in the history of something so important is surreal. The venue was packed full of DJs and staff both old & new and to see so many talented, creative and brilliant minds in one place was amazing.
