If you're the type of stylist that has a hard time saying no to booking a client outside of your hours or on a day off when they are rebooking in the salon, you need to stop pre-booking them yourself. Instead, while they are in your chair, hand them your Ipad with your online booking link pulled up and have them book their next appointment themselves. Then, they are able to see the exact days that you are available and there is no way for them to book outside of your usual hours. This keeps you honest and accountable to your own boundaries!
