Tomorrow on Sept 1st, it’s the two year anniversary of September Letters by me, @jaspre and our partner @mentalhealthcoalition. September Letters is a mental health and therapeutic letter writing initiative to illustrate we are not alone. We’ve seen throughout these two years an overwhelming amount of strength and resilience from letters around the world. Stories of vulnerability and hope, honesty and connection. We are so proud of the brave community we’ve built all of whom have reached out to share their truth. Our book, from @harpercollins will be released in 2023 with letters from mental health experts, advocates, leaders, students and people with beautiful experiences of growth. Thank you for being a part of our growing community helping to build a world of support around mental health challenges. 💌 This is what life is all about - the connections we share and the hope we can give when things are hard.
