My forever friend and long time colorist @steveamendola is hanging up his paintbrushes on the east coast. For a decade he’s been making me laugh, making me blonde and making me crazy with the most diligently attended appointment I have ever had and kept! Not only did he leave me feeling my best and blondest quarterly but over the years we have shared everything from weddings to babies to tragedies. I had to remind him today that he even maybe saved my life way back when he pointed out crazy uniform hair breakage all over my head and urged me to get it checked out with a dr that was actually indicative of something far more serious. So many amazing referrals, connections, gossip and snarky banter have come from this friend/artist/therapist that when I start to list it all out I realize the pretty hair he gave me is only a fraction of why I love him so much 😈. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Steven. I’m totally ruined. West Coast, you suck for stealing him. Had to post one more before he hits the road. Also booking a plane ticket. 🤣
