First of all I always get a kick out of selfies that look like you are catching yourself contemplating 😂 but here we are ... I have so many thoughts about this last week on vacation with our son... I always hesitate to share too much of his special considerations or the challenges we face in fear of either of us being vulnerable to judgment or fear people might doubt my absolute love and support of him... but as a mother who has googled and researched every resource available online not only to help get tools for my son but also to not feel crazy/lonely/guilty in my own journey as a parent... I feel so much love and connection to every mother who is online looking in desperation for community and support for their journey. As always I want to remind you that you are not alone ... if your parenting with your child is filled with the duality of beautiful moments and heart crushing moments you aren’t alone ...
