I’m back!😁 Swipe to see what i’ve been up to! This August was full of so many fun experiences, from sorority recruitment to celebrating my 20th birthday. Most of my days were so busy and long that I felt it would be best to take a long break from the gym and from this account. It was so worth it! I’m so energized and excited about returning to lifting and making content, especially since I’m back at @topdogfitness_official ! While my first few workouts back have been very light and I’m very sore, this definitely serves as a reminder that taking time off will NOT make you lose all progress. My muscle mass and definition are still there, and I feel like my mentality is 10x better now when it comes to working out.
