This is it, our FINAL phase/season for the 6weeksChallenge body transformation series! If you missed the last two seasons, don’t miss this one! Program starts on the 13/9/21-23/10/21. So what’s the difference between Season 1 and 2? Well, the main focus will be improving our strength and performance levels to help build a strong and lean physique. With more power and strength components, we will ensure every workout is fun yet challenging. For those who are brand new, we kickstart your journey by giving you a strong fitness foundation which is proven to yield results both physically and aesthetically! Strength/power components, functional metcons and of course our signature “beauty” work so you feel good and look good whilst challenging yourself to hit greater heights. We will ALSO do an assessment week to showcase all your fitness improvements at the end! 6 Weeks Challenge - Home Edition will include access to all of our LIVE online group training classes where our team will provide coaching and adjust the training plan according to what you have access to (equipment and space wise). Classes are 60 to 90 mins long, with two classes held from Monday to Friday i.e. 6:30AM and 530PM and one class on Saturday at 9:00AM. No pre-recorded workouts, its LIVE so you will benefit from instant feedback and guidance. 6 weeks for RM250! 6 Weeks Challenge – Home Edition PLUS. Key features for the PLUS option: (1) interactive training and nutritional guidance, AND (2) hands-on accountability and coaching for the entire 6-weeks. All participants will be mentored by one of our senior coaches and will have access to support and guidance throughout the training phase. This will be done via private group chats with your assigned coaches, where we will do weekly check-ins, track your progress, set weekly goals and answer any questions you may have and to create a customized plan to help you reach your fitness goals.
