INGREDIENTS:â
1â2 cup Avocado Oilâ
1 T Plain Greek Yogurtâ
1â4 cup Lakanto Classic or Golden Monkfruit Sweetenerâ
1â4 cup apple cider vinegar â
1 T poppy seedsâ
Pinch of salt â
1 tsp Dijon mustardâ
1 small shallot or 1 tsp onion powderâ

INSTRUCTIONS:â
1. In a blender, combine Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, vinegar, salt, mustard, and shallot (or onion powder) and process for 15-20 seconds.â
2. With the blender on high, gradually add the avocado oil in a steady slow stream. â
3. Stir the poppy seeds in and keep in a sealed container. Spoon or drizzle over fresh greens & your favorite salad.
