Filipino classics like gising gising, kare kare, and pares (served as a spring roll), my favorite mais con yielo are reimagined into playful presentations on the dining table. Good ‘ol fun and well loved Filipino flavors are at the heart of Lunes, expressed through dishes that ring in family style sharing, peppered with convivial converastion. @dearadamsweetlucy is a non descript hidden gem on the second floor. It was the choice midweek destination for a night out with a tight circle of friends. Signature libations like the gin-based Sunmer was served sake style with fragrant herbs and tonics. A late night treat that registered as a pleasant surprise was the Salmon Kropek—nut based crisps topped with melts-in-your-mouth Salmon.
