They say that great leadership is less about being the smartest person and more about hiring the smartest people. I feel that way about musical direction where 90% of my job is hiring and casting well. I am so honored to have this group of virtuosic musicians in the Josh Groban band. From the mountains of Appalachia to a village in Cameroon and the streets of the Bronx to London Town, these musicians bring their formidable talents and unique voices to Josh's music in service of the art. I am not only proud to share the stage with them but marvel each night at the love, dedication and focus they being to their instruments. Ladies and gentlemen, The Groband 2022....
