Let's talk hair loss......... You are not alone 💕 It's fair to say that the last past few years have been a very stressful time for many, this can have a huge impact on us physically and mentally, both of which can cause hair loss. Stress induced hair loss can impact some people immediately, others it can take up to 6 to 12 weeks or longer to notice and some may not notice any change at all (the lucky ones) Hair loss has so many factors. Vitamin deficiency, style/chemical damage, stress, age and genetics. Unfortunately there is no miracle cure for this but........ LETS TALK HAIR •Take a break or reduce heat from styling - This will have a huge impact on the condition. •Support your hair and scalp with a good quality salon grade shampoo and conditioner •Reduce stress - (easier said than done) •Try to maintain a daily routine of Exercise, Meditation and a Good Diet Vitamins (Before proceeding, you should seek medical advice from an appropriately qualified health practitioner) Hair supplements can help, but by taking the right amount.. Potential deficiencies like, folic acid, magnesium, B12, vitamin D, vitamin C, iron and zinc which are all so important in growing great quality hair. We also need to understand, that genetically some of us just do have finer hair and as we age like everything else our hair follicles get old too. Let’s not make our social media influences fool us, some have finer hair that have been filled with hair extensions making there full mane look thick and lush. Bernadette xx
