Good morning from my art studio 🌞 I am currently drinking matcha and oil painting post Jaguar dreams and feeling a wonderfully renewed connection to my wild & creative spirit. 🌿 Autumn 🍂 giving way to winter has historically been a tough transition for me. This is my first official fall not going back to school since 2015 and it feels different, I can’t quite put my finger on it. I am embracing the settle, the slow, and the soft, more committed than ever to the depths of psychological healing and exploration.🫀 Every week during supervision and analysis I am guided back to the generative recesses of my own soul. I am challenged, strengthened and renewed by the brilliance of this work and my mentors. 🦥 Being a therapist is HARD, never ending and a constant meta state of inquiry, presence and curiosity.
