Calling all students ages 15-25! ♪ Sounds of Saving (SoS) announces the formation of our Youth Advisory Council – an inclusive cohort of college and high school students who will help guide the nonprofit’s core agenda of using connection to music as a tool to inspire greater mental wellbeing and suicide prevention. At this crucial time for youth mental health in the U.S, including young voices is especially important. ♪ We are seeking students ages 15-25 who share our dual passions for music and mental wellbeing to join the growing SoS team as Youth Advisory Council members. Taking part in the Youth Advisory Council is voluntary, and we invite members to be part of the team for 1-year terms. ♪ Members will have opportunities to advocate for mental health through their love of music, conduct mental health outreach in their communities, and attend concerts of artists who have a perspective on mental health.
