To be honest, Nothing big changes in "prepping for my wedding." My personal plan for looking & feeling my best is: 1️⃣ eating mostly whole food ingredients. As you'll see here, nothing is packaged that I ate in this day. (But don't let that fool you, when I'm on the go l'll always grab a bar!) 2️⃣ try to get in protein 3 times a day with my meals. 3️⃣ try to make a healthier dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth.
