You are going to want to make sure that your skin is properly primed to apply make up, no matter what your skin type is. The only difference between skin types would be how you prefer your finish, If you have oily skin and you prefer a matte finish you would want to use a mattifying toner, primer or moisturizer. If you have dry skin and you want a luminous finish, you would want to use a hydrating toner, primer or moisturizer .
