What a dream to share my morning skincare routine with one of my most admired brands @gotoskincare ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ Before you dive in to my *glowing* review on the products that help me the most, two things you might like to know: 1. My biggest skincare concerns: Pigmentation/melasma, dryness from being hardworking and introverted (in turn spending too much time indoors), and the fact we are all facing; skin that gets older every day. 2. My main skincare objectives: Fresh, dewy, plump and bright ๐Ÿ’ฆ My daily morning routine is below... โ‹† Properly Clean. This cleanser removes grit, makeup and oil, without leaving my face feeling dry, tight and/or stripped of its natural oils. The result is skin that feels soft and hydrated, even on the days when I forget to apply skincare immediately afterwards (this happens quite often when thereโ€™s a baby in the room, bored of, and not at all vibing with, your skincare routine). โ‹† Prep Step Mist. Hydrating, soothing and made to improve the absorption of your skincare products, this mist is my favourite multi-tasker. Being in a heated kitchen, office or living room for most of my days, I love to spritz with Prep Step immediately after cleansing, after applying makeup, and every couple hours throughout the day for good, hydrating measure. In addition to its nourishing properties, the smell is just divine and every spritz adds a moment of calming meditation to my life which I am grateful for. The pump is also great and better than the others. โ‹† Much Brighter Skin. Hyperpigmentation being one of my biggest skin concerns, I love this brightening serum to help combat dark patches of skin on my face, which have showed up as a result of pregnancy and being on the pill. Iโ€™ve trialled a lot of Vitamin C serums in my life and found many to be tacky on my skin or cause the next step in my skincare or makeup routine to pill, both characteristics that Much Brighter Skin does not have.
