Mark Burgess, Hossegor France 1979. Mark was part of the LA/Malibu/Brentwood/Hilton world who I randomly met in France. I had met up with East Coasters Mike Notary and Greg Loehr for a couple of weeks exploring the beach breaks and jetties of southern France.
