Watch Penelope learn to use her #baileychair to eat! 🥹 P has pretty much mastered the thing, just like we knew she would, because she’s a dangerous combo of food motivated and whip-smart. In case you’re new here, Penelope has megaesophagus. This means that her esophagus is enlarged and has no ability to move food into her stomach. If she tries to eat or drink anything normally, she regurgitates every time. She has to sit upright for 15 minutes after each meal to be able to bring the food into her stomach for digestion. This tribe helped us fundraise to be able to customize a chair specific to her, so she can enjoy her meals without issue.
