When you start learning how to be alone, everything you do is centered around you. Literally. It’s not easy, (nobody ever said it would be) and sometimes you’re forced to literally sit there and be alone with your energy, your thoughts & your physical being until youre able to figure out what it is that YOU need. There are things you can’t control, however, there is a lot that you CAN but it starts with you from within you.
