My sisters (Jane and Amy) and I had a long-delayed memorial service for our mom today. We celebrated the life of Lillian Souza—Lil or Lily to most—who passed away in October 2020.⁣ ⁣ From my sister Jane’s eulogy:⁣ ⁣ “My Mom changed lives just with her positive attitude; and with her smile and friendship, she made people feel like they were the only person in the room. She lived with no judgment or resentment or ill will. (Except maybe for a few select politicians). She lived in a bubble of love for humanity.”⁣ ⁣ Miss you, mom. ❤️⁣ ⁣ ⁣
