Adding baking powder to it can lighten up the batter. Tip #2: I double coated in the video for extra crunch, if you want to save calories then coating it once still works great. The Gochujang sauce was coated only once and they still came out great. 
 I used 800g of Chicken Breast in the video since I made 2 different types but the macros are for 400g.
