Meet Pearl! Well, sort of. She’s got so much more story to tell, and we’ve got some exciting news as to where we will be sharing it. Well, as you may know, at The Animal Pad, we fight for dogs that other rescues won’t give a chance to. We fight for dogs that most people would look at and think “That dog’s got no shot.” We fight for dogs that show us every day their will to survive. And we fight like hell. We rescue primarily from the streets of Mexico and high kill shelters here in Southern California. We very often rescue the dogs that no one else will, mostly due to extreme medical conditions that require a lot of effort and funds to save. These dogs come to us battered, bruised, mangled, with mange, broken bones, severe trauma to both their bodies and minds- And with the help of our amazing supporters from all over the globe, people like you who we affectionately refer to as our “TAP Tribe,” we heal them.
