X AMACAYACU X Now that my IG feed is back to more greenish colors, I can finally start posting more stuff from our recent expedition in the Colombian Amazon ! Earlier this year, @immadiscoveler and I spent a bit more than a week in the Amazon going back to what first brought me to filmmaking and photography: exploring wild places and looking for iconic creatures ! After a long boat ride on the Amazon river, we took a small river called Amacayacu (slides 1,2,3 & 4) to reach our base camp: the Tikuna indigenous community ! I, of course, flew my @djiglobal Air2S but the local kids were more intrigued by my beard than the drone itself ahahah (slides 5 & 6) !!! All of our days looked quite similar: waking up early and going deep into the forest to look for wildlife such as this incredible Monk Saki monkey (Pithecia Monachus) that @immadiscoveler spotted high up in a tree looking at us (slide 8) or the iconic and extremely mysterious Pink Dolphins (slide 7) !!!
