They start realizing they have legs and feet that can help them move and explore, and GRAB! Breastfeeding is still such a fulfilling experience, however a lot can change as they grow older! I think for a lot of mothers their baby learn to breastfeed how they choose, sometimes they need to be entertained with pulling your hair, or your other boob 😂 just learn to grow and have fun through the experience! Before when I would be so tired waking up for the early morning feeding just to be welcomed by an early morning slap I just tell myself, “I am grateful I am still on our little breastfeeding journey”, because one day my baby will wean himself and Ill miss these days.
