In training (and life), I have those days where I'm not feeling my best. Maybe it's a lack of motivation or maybe I'm beat up from the week. But, I push through and get the work done. I get the engine started and power through the session. It's okay to struggle, it's okay to have off days. What matters is that we keep showing up and doing the work.
