New challenge for meeeeee... The 3 Peaks hiking challenge this Sept for @mindcharity link in bio to support/donate ☝🏻 I am raising money for the mental health charity @mindcharity in honour of my Grandad who sadly, during a long battle with his mental health, took the life of my Grandma many many years ago. He wasn't a bad man he loved my Grandma, perhaps too much and this is a very long story - but one in which his mental health played the largest part in the incident. And one in which we always seek to find the blessing in the burden... If it wasn't for this chapter in our family history - my sister @your_emmalucy would never have realised the gift that she has many years later and the healing work she does to help people and their minds on a daily basis. I have always wanted to do something for him and my grandma and this is a challenge for my mind - while raising money to help others who may feel like my grandad did. ❤️ BK x #mind #threepeakschallenge #family
