This is the doodle/graphic I posted when I announced that I was going to self-publish, way back in November of 2021. Now I’ve come back a bit from calling it a RomCom with some of the aspects so just please note that. But! I remember that day because it was the first day I learned what overwhelming support and kindness felt like, and that feeling has never gone away since. You are all so amazing and wonderful. . I looked back at that announcement and what I wrote is still so relevant so I’m going to copy it here. I have a day of doctors appointments today for my endo, a joke that is not lost on me the day before my book comes out. . I want to thank everyone that’s posted these lovely reviews and for helping me get word out and happy shouted in my DMs, I appreciate you! . Here’s part of the original post: “In the past 5 years I've slowly watched #endometriosis take away a lot of dreams I battled for for many years, so this, this is for me. This story is the biggest middle finger to my #endo I could think of.
