The last seven years have been a slow, gradual, yet challenging process of becoming which has involved a great deal of letting go. I’ve taken a huge step today in that process to let go, with such effortful forgiveness, one last person who has been hurting me for several years. I’m not celebrating, I’m mourning. And it is mindful and present and so incredibly beautiful. Sharing this to say this for you NOT me...(I mean this, I absolutely care not for your unsolicited advice so watch yourselves)...
