JING Tea hand selects the highest quality, single garden teas that express the unique character of the people, place and nature that work in harmony to create them. Explore a world of distinctive flavours, diverse cultures, master craftsmanship and incredible taste. Welcome to a better world of tea. For this special event we’ll be tasting 4 distinct Japanese teas, to discover how terroir and centuries old craft, impact the taste of tea. You’ll enjoy: •Cold-Infused Asahi Gyokuro •Yabukita Sencha •Organic Gemaicha •Yamabuki Nadeshiko – Koji fermented dark tea Plus, the tea tasting will be followed by KANPAI sake SORA Honjozo (both cold + warm) and a very special highball cocktail curated for the event that infuses both sake and tea together.
