~ Summer breeze... I love when summer breeze touches my face, my hair is dancing in the wind and I smell all the sweetness from the garden. Sweet peaches, blackberries, raspberries, roses and of course lavender. I close my eyes and truly enjoy this moment. We are so blessed to experience all this in the middle of summer. To celebrate this moment, here is my dark chocolate ganache/ lavender cake with mascarpone and raspberry filling and chocolate shards. Very refreshing for hot summer evenings.
