Durden is a self-taught hyperrealist artist born and raised in Detroit. Painter Mario Moore is a Detroit native who received his BFA from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and his MFA in Painting from the Yale School of Art. His hyper-realistic style was recently seen in his “Midnight and Canaan” exhibition at David Klein Gallery in Detroit.
