This year, I’ve partnered with the Welsh Government and the Learning & Work Institute to celebrate Adult Learners’ Week. Adult Learners’ Week is a celebration of learning – whatever your age. It takes place from 17th- 23rd October with in-person taster courses and online sessions running throughout October to inspire people across Wales to never stop learning. I sat down with two past Inspire! award winners – Rose Probert and Scott Jenkinson - to share our experiences about adult learning. For me, after I retired from sports, I genuinely didn’t know what to do. All the skills I’ve learned since then – from becoming an author and learning Welsh, to taking part in Strictly Come Dancing – I’ve had to learn later in life. So, do you want to learn?
