On top of that, it’s delicious and also good for your tummy 😊 INGREDIENTS * Chicken 2 thighs (boneless) * Sour cream 1 cup * Miso 1oz * Garlic puree 1T * Green peas 1⁄2 cup * Salt * Butter * Pepper * Acid COOK * Add sour cream, miso and garlic puree in a container and save half for plating. In the container add the chicken and lightly massage. Let marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes (you can do it overnight as well). * Remove chicken from marinade, pat down until clean and cook skin side down at medium low heat in an oiled pan for 3-4 minutes.
