Something I’ve struggled with for my entire life has been receiving love. I would always doubt myself and think that I wasn’t good enough. However, as I look back on the past 3 years, the biggest lesson I’ve learned while working with UTSA volleyball was the ability to receive love. From all the players, to the support staff and coaches, I’ve received so much love and support that it was impossible for me to not embrace it all. It’s also taught me, at the same time to continue to love on others and share my passion of volleyball through loving actions. I’m beyond grateful for my time here with UTSA Volleyball. From the numerous coaches, players, and support staff, I’m so grateful for every single on of y’all. Thank you everyone for helping me find my passion and allowing me to continue to grow not only as a young coach, but as a person. I’ve been able to touch so many lives and help grow the game of volleyball, and I can’t wait to give back to this program when that time comes. So thank you, @utsa_vb. You helped a lost college student find his passion, but most importantly, you planted a family into his life. A family that changed his life and helped him become the person he is today.
