Failure. When you’re trying to improve you’re not always going to be successful. Sometimes you fail. Sometimes you fall. But.. It’s not about the failure it’s about the growth. It’s about getting up and going again. And again.. And again. People always talk about their successes. Always post their triumphs. But that’s not reality. Reality looks like the first picture..
510lbs would have been a new PR. I didn’t hit it. That’s ok. Last slide is 473lbs. I got my 400+ squat for the 153rd day. I failed last night, and that’s ok. I’ve got 212 days to go. 212 more more days to get better. The Grind Never Stops ✊🏼.
