INDO ITALO — Not gonna lie: before my arrival, I didn’t *want* to love @bvlgariresortbali. I expected it to be as flashy as the jewelry the brand is know for. It’d be good, for sure, just not my vibe. But boy, was I wrong: amidst gardens frothing with frangipani and bougainvillea, the resort’s ultra-roomy villas beautifully blend Balinese materials (mossy volcanic rock, kaleidoscopic ikat tapestries) with a somewhat Italian aesthetic. The setting high above Uluwatu’s crashing waves is a stunner, and will you look at that Inclinator leading to the private beach?!
